Star fighter interior

Space fighter concept studies I did past year. Unfinished project though. It was intended as a short animation - but with too much work now will finish it some time later.

Интерьер и концептуальное решение звездолета. Планировался как небольшая анимация. Но пока все еще "работа в процессе". Как появится свободное время - обязательно закончу.

Rain sewer mainenance

In this piece I wanted to depict an alien planet with quite a distinctive flora but with the same needs as ours. This particular site is a local highway with a rain collector system. The water runs into the grooves which capture it like sewer grating - and then conudct it into the nearby reservoirs which accumulate it. When needed they give away the liquid they store to the plants that really need it. (Why not transfer this idea onto our terrain agricultural system? ) Of course any system needs maintenance. So the guy in front actually does the service works - cleans the collector holes from garbage.

В этой работе хотелось изобразить чужую планету ,но  со знакомыми нам проблемами. В этом случае  - это ливневая канализация. Воронки в дороге перехватывают дождевую воду и она хранится в стоящих рядом резервуарах, а когда нужно - они отдают ее растениям вокруг.(неплохо бы такое и у нас придумать :) ). Как и любая ливневка - эта требует обслуживания. Вот персонал и чистит "дождеприемные решетки" от мусора.

Night feeding

An alien girl feeding her baby. Tried to add a bit of humor here - since terrain mothers are most likely to be depicted - I felt like some original substitute.

Портрет инопланетной девушки, кормящей своего ребенка. Поскольку обычно для жителей земли изображают земных женщин - захотелось оригинального решения - мамка с другой планеты. От этого, разумеется, не менее женственная.

Plant explosion(animation)

A simulation I made from a photo of an old plant. Now it's being been demolished for real - so this piece bears also some sentimental content. :)

Делал эту симуляцию в прошлом году. В этом году завод демонтируют. И эта работа дорога, как память. Делалась на базе фотографии.
